We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, device type), deployed through Google Tag Manager. We also use Google Search Console to monitor the Site’s performance in Google Search results; Search Console reports on Google’s own index data and does not track individual visitors to the Site. We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Google Analytics data is retained according to our Analytics account settings and Google’s own retention policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you.
California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion or correction of that information, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. PraxisHarbor Advisory does not sell personal information, and our use of Google Analytics is limited to standard site-traffic reporting, not advertising or remarketing.
Virginia residents: As a Virginia-based business, we note that the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) gives Virginia residents the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of certain processing.
Other states: Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights. We honor valid requests consistent with applicable state law.
