Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function properly, remember preferences, and, in some cases, understand how visitors use the site.

2. How We Use Cookies

PraxisHarbor Advisory’s website uses cookies in the following categories:

Strictly necessary — Required for core site or hosting functionality, such as security and load balancing. Set by our hosting provider and WordPress core.

Performance / Analytics — Google Analytics (GA4) collects information about how visitors use the Site: pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, and device type. This helps us understand traffic and improve the Site. Cookies used: _ga, ga (container ID), _gid.

Tag management — Google Tag Manager (GTM) deploys and manages the tags on this Site, including Google Analytics. GTM itself does not set additional cookies beyond what the tags it loads set.

Third-party — Google Fonts loads typefaces from Google’s servers. Google Fonts does not set tracking cookies for font delivery, but your browser does make a request to Google’s servers, which may log your IP address per Google’s own policies.

Google Search Console does not place cookies on visitors’ browsers. It reports on data from Google’s own search index, not from tracking individual visitors to this Site.

3. California Privacy Rights

PraxisHarbor Advisory does not sell personal information. Our use of Google Analytics is limited to standard site-traffic reporting and is not linked to Google Ads or used for remarketing or behavioral advertising, so it is treated as a service-provider relationship rather than a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA.

4. Managing Cookies

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

You can also prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as the Site or the technologies it uses change. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
